System (Pre-built):
AMD A8-7600 3.10 GHz (65 W)
Zotac GTX 1050 Ti (300 W recommended PSU, max power consumption 75 W)
350 W PSU
8 GB Ram
2 TB HDD
150 GB HDD

Made a post earlier about upgrading the cpu to an a10-7800 on the same motherboard due to the current cpu slowing down and experiencing problems (such as randomly shutting down).

The reply I got recommended any of the 65 W cpus that were listed on the website as what could come with the system:
AMD A10-6700 65W 3.7G FM2
AMD A10-7800 3.5GHZ/2M
AMD A8-7600 3.1GHZ/2M
AMD A8-6500 65W 3.5G FM2
AMD A6-6400K 65W 3.9G FM2
AMD A4-6300 65W 3.7G FM2
Therefore, I was thinking about getting an A10-7800 or A10-7600 because they said my bios could be 'locked down' to only these cpus. However, the price of one of these cpus is the same as the price of an FX 6300 and a motherboard change. The FX 6300 is such a huge improvement from the A series CPUs because I really dont need the integrated graphics, and just want a decent cpu (The A8 really struggles in cpu-hungry games).

Will the PSU be able to handle an FX 6300 (95 W) along with the other components? (Most notably the graphics card). I also know that the 350 W PSU is actually listing it's peak power output, but I would imagine the constant output would be along the lines of 300 W - Correct me if I'm wrong.

Oh if it is bronze plus that is good, i didnt see that when i opened site you linked above. You are right it is 56% but i forgot to mention power for hdd/ssd, mobo, your cpu cooler etc...In this case, i dont know what is your problem. im sorry
I wouldnt go with 350w psu. And i dont think it can deliver even 300 wats. Cpu and gpu will draw 170w and you have 130 or less watts for other components. Running bad quality cpu on like 70 or 80% load isnt good idea i think(this is just my opinion, wait for an asnwer from psu expert). Sorry for bad english.
Edit: running bad quality psu. not cpu

I just opened the case and checked the PSU, 350 W is peak and 300 W is the actual amount, took me a while to find that. It also says 80+ Bronze. This is the exact model. Also, I don't want to sound like I'm not taking advice - because I am - but, wouldn't running 170 W on the CPU and GPU only be 56% of power? I'm only assuming but I'm sure the other components would be comfortably supported on 130 W. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

That's fine, I just wanted to make sure it was all good, I've ordered the parts and hopefully all works well..
