Entertainment PC "Click to Help"

I'm looking to build or buy a Home Entertainment PC to connect in to
my
digital TV - following features must be included:-

1) radio card, and play MP3 files
2) DVD player
3) Ability to record TV to hard disk
4) infrared mouse and keyboard
5) connected to wireless LAN (802.11b) - I work for a wireless LAN
manufacturer so this bit is easy!!

The guys at www.fusionxpc.com look good so far , they have a system
that meet most of my needs...

I am currently in the planning phase - has anybody any ideas on the
spec
of system - i.e. motherboards, processor, graphics card etc
or can you point me in the direction of a web site or 2 with
suggestions.

Including Windows XP (home or pro?) or Win 2000????

Any help appreciated!

Those systems mostly use custom motherboards
