I deleted the default PATH on system and user variable by mistake to install FFmpeg.
I'd like to have both the PATH and value to copy and paste there.
the user PATH starts with C:\Users\<username>\AppData
the system PATH starts with C:\Windows\system32

i dont remember the values for both

Not sure (full disclosure) that I understand the posted problem.

However, why not simply delete the current user account and create a new account with applicable account rights using the same user name?

Doing so should restablish the necessary paths etc..

Then proceed with installing FFmpeg being careful to avoid deleting the default PATH etc. again.

Otherwise more information needed.

deleting the account also deleted my hard work settings.
