Eoc Slave RF Signal to Ethernet

Dear Friends I have Eoc Slave Device that is not converting RF signal to Ethernet. my service provider repair this device 2 or 3 times but its problem is not resolve. Please help me to resolve this problem.

Dear 1st time poster, there are no hardcore engineers here ready to take your call. Most of us are simply home hobbyists and a few well, we are IT guys. IT guys typically don't deal with RF. and I have zero idea what an Eoc device is.
