I have an all in one epson sx235w and have scanned some documents and advised they are "stored" but unable to locat them in "documents" or "pictures" where have they gone?

Try to search all .jpg files in your computer.
There might be a folder with name like "Scanned Documents" or something.

Or in a folder system with a name related to the printer's name. Search for Epson, sx235w, "pictures", "scanned", "img.jpg" and anything else you can think of. Also, check out the printer's manual (you should be able to find it online if you don't have the physical copy). It may specify the name of the folder where the pictures go.
