Question Epson iprojection

I hope I posted this in the right area. We use Epsom projectors with epson iprojection. We are having an issue where a random computer will not see any projectors with the automatic search. Other computers will see them find and then after a day or 2 it will see them again, then a different computer will have the same issue later. I see the broadcast to 255.255.255.255 in resource monitor for the program, but if I use Wireshark I do not see the broadcast. The firewall has been turned off.

Are the Epson projectors each assigned a static IP address outside of the DHCP IP address range allowed to the router?
