Epson L220 printer networking

I have a Epson L220 Printer. I wonder if I could set up a networking group, where i could sent printing from different laptops or PCs?

No, it's not a network printer. It doesn't have wireless capability for connecting wirelessly to a router, nor does it have an ethernet port. (you need one or the other on a printer in order to access it over a network).
