Epson L800 blinking light error

Hey guys,

I was about to print on an OD on my Epson L800. I used photoshop to print and on my printing preferences the source and type are set to CD/DVD. I aligned the tray with the arrow. Then I clicked print. The tray went in, then suddenly stopped and brought the tray out. Now the power light which is the yellow one is blinking. While the paper+trash button is steadily lit. When I place the tray down to paper mode the light on the power button is still blinking while the two other buttons are also blinking alternately and simultaneously.

Possibly the Ink pads are at the end of their life.

I dont think so. Coz the power light is blinking too and I get a different error when moving it up to CD/DVD mode.
