Question EPU - 4 Engine EAccessViolation

How can I fix the EPU - 4 Engine EAccessViolation error? My computer is stuck while showing this error while booting and I can’t access the start menu or anything to reinstall the drivers. How can I reinstall the drivers?

The full specs of my computer is:

ASRock B550M-HDV AM4 AMD B550 SATA 6Gb/s Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

I upgraded the above motherboard from:
ASUS M4A78L-M LX PLUS AM3+ AMD 760G + SB710 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

academy Knight Desktop Ram Memory DDR4 16GB 2666MHz Desktop RAM 1.2V 288-pin Memory Modules Chips DDR4 2666

I upgrade the above RAM from:
Crucial Ballstix Sport 8GB DDR3 1333 Desktop Memory Model

Ryzen 5 3600

Upgraded from:
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition

CORSAIR CX Series CX500 500W 80 PLUS BRONZE

Gigabyte Radeon RX 580

Upgrade from:
AMD Radeon HD 6770 1GB GDDR5

Windows 11 upgrades from window 7 Homr Premium SP1 64-bit

Refurbished WD Black WE7501AALS 750GB 7200 RPM

Western Digital SSD Drive

I have an ASUS motherboard. I can’t list all the components I have on top of my head.

Did this PC ever work? Were there being upgrades made? Let's get the full background here.

Full specs would help too. None of us are at your PC, so you are our eyes and ears and hands. Otherwise, we're basically deaf and blind, which makes diagnosing a problem harder.

When I've encountered this problem in the past with someone, typically it's been the result of them installing a new motherboard and then cutting corners and just slapping in their old Windows OS in there. But without information, I do not know whether that is the case here.
