Which company make this? It's not clear from the description.. Only a logo of a hawk

Also it's not specifically written regarding the soft keys. Did you use that keyboard and you know that the keys are soft?

BeyondTek makes it and yes I started out using it and it is very comfortable and if you don't think so they will send you a package to return it and get a refund ! but I bet you won't need it this is a great deal.
