So I was switching all my stuff to a new case, I have an Acer aspire mc605 motherboard ( I know its bad)
But I was upgrading it anyways. So after I moved everything over to my new case I turned it on and got this error message.

ERROR: No boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed

I searched this and spoke to a few IT friends, and they asked me if the hard drive is spinning and vibrating when you touched it, and it is. They told me is it detected in the BIOS as a boot drive and it isnt detected as a boot disk, but it is detected as being connected in the SATA 1 port.

So does this mean the hard drive is corrupt and broken or is this the motherboard. I cant see the hard drive being broken if its being detected in the BIOS in the SATA port, and all I did was move it from one case to the other.
