Error 0xc00000e9 appears when trying to boot with windows 10

Today after trying to boot the pc with windows 10 I would get to the part where windows' icon is shown and after a while I would get this ''RECOVERY
There was a problem with a device connected to your PC.
An unexpected I/O error has occurred.
Error code: 0xc00000e9
This problem can happen when a removabel storage device is removed while it's in use or it's failing.Properly connecting any removable storage and restarting you pc may fix this problem''
Any thoughts?


*NOTE:This pc is brand new and I have never run any OS on it

I have read that article but it does not help since when I open my pc windows will either start installing until I get the error or I have to go to the bios.

By having a bad drive you mean not a good quality drive or damaged

Well then if that's the case im so unlucky since the pc is fresh out of the box

if you have access to another pc, you could download hirens boot cd and run some disk tools to test the drive.
