An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk2\DR3 during a paging operation.

Here is the error description. I believe this means the disk is failing, although I would like to know what disk it actually is. My rig break down regarding Hard Drives / Sata connections are as follows

1 SSD
2 HDD
3 Blue Ray DVD
(This is the same list given in Disk Manager )
- There is also a third hard drive but it is not hooked up.

Which one is Hard disk 2?

I ran a virus / malware scan with avast and Malwarebytes yesterday before I went to sleep and had one error with a browser through the whole thing and it is gone now.

I'm doing check disk right now - although not sure what to look for.

Im not really interested in saving the Hard Drive, as I have others I can use it for. - I was planning to wipe my PC tonight due to other errors and to get ready for W10 as to have less conflicts as possible with anything.

I would just like to know more or less how to figure out which drive is dying due to the event view stating HardDisk2

the error was received on JUNE13, so i'm not sure its the HDD as i would have received it multiple times after June13 since it is now the 18th.
Also doing some digging trying to figure this out it states Harddisk2, i inserted a flash drive and my computer picked up HardDisk2, although i tried all three of the external drives I have and could no recreate the error.

on June13th I downloaded Lord of the Rings online for a friend and used a Flash drive to copy over some files, although this happened around, 6pm as I have logs of files from that time from the downloads, yet the error states 8. Maybe i lost track of time, or it could be a flash drive.

Edit although looking back in the FlashDrives file times I can see that the last two files modified were on June13,
8:34pm and 8:46pm The error states this happened at 8:35. So i'm leaning closer to the Flash drive then the HDD.
I used CHK disk on all my drives including external and all came back with no errors except one, the one with an error states that it had been fixed via internet after using chkdsk/scan E: and I had not used this drive as I rule that one out.
