Error Applying Attributes, Access is denied.

So i changed my windows location to SSD, now when i open my old drive i can't decrypt my encrypted files because access is denied here's full error http://imgur.com/IiFS1AW

I already give all permissions to user and admin, absolutely everything i am even able to delete system files, but i can't change attributes. i just can't untick this http://imgur.com/eCHL8BB help me someone, this happened to my entire music folder i never really encrypted files with password or anything.

Is your old driver still bootable? Simplest solution would be to boot the old drive and unencrypt it.

When you changed your windows location, did you do a new install or clone the drive?
What software did you use to encrypt the drive?
