Error at start up

I recieve the following when I start up the computer..

CMESys.exe Unable to locate componant
this appliction failed to start because GIoclClient,dll Reinstalling may
fix problem

Why am I getting this and how do I get this to stop.

"cmesys" is related to an adware. Download from www.lavasoftusa.com Ad-aware SE and perform a scan for spyware.
