I just finished building my new pc. I'm currently trying to install Windows 10 from usb but I keep getting the following message at 37%: Windows cannot install the required files. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. error code: 0x8007025d. I've tried selecting butt device as the usb and as uefi usb. I haven't been able to find anything online to help. Any suggestions? Also, I'm completely new to pc gaming and all of this.

Solution
this is a fun error, there are many different causes

Try testing ram with memtest86, it lets you create a bootable USB so don't need windows on pc to test sticks. Test 1 stick at a time, any errors show you the reason why Win 10 won't install, need to remove/replace stick if it has more than 0 errors.

Another reason is the USB you are installing on, try another.
remove all additional USB devices from PC

try creating a partition on the boot drive before running installer
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
1. Type Diskpart, press Enter
2. Type List Disk , press Enter
3. Type Select Disk # (where # is the number your drive...
