Error code 0xc0000017 windows 10 boot configuration

Most of the time the error 0xc0000017 during reboot or during installation of Windows 10 means that the system does not have enough RAM to create basically a ram-disk device. A windows update was performed and three days later we got the message

Up to where does the boot sequence get to before error is shown? Is the error shown at start-up in a blue screen or is it shown on a black screen in white dialog?

I am also facing the same issue now. One day after update. Tried to restart i got a blue screen showing error code
0xc0000017 and asking me to use usb stick and upgrade
