My current setup:
i7 3770k
gtx 970
8gb@1600
850psu
ga-z77x-ud3h mobo

Problem: ERROR CODE 15 - Pre-memory North-Bridge initialization is started.

I'm trying to install 8 more of the exact same ram (corsair) but every time I put in my new ram I get the error code 15.
My current used slots are 2/4 Im attempting to use 3/1 also.
I've tried using just 3 and just 1, both give me error code 15.
Updated to latest bios, tried resetting bios. Freshly reinstall the OS(don't think that would have anything to do with it, just putting it out there).

Solution
Best thing to try off hand is try the using the new ram in slots 2/4 and leave out your known good working RAM. If the issue still happens one of the sticks of RAM is most likely faulty. If this does happen. I would take one stick of the new ram and try to pair it with one of your known good working RAM sticks. Try this with both new RAM sticks to see if you can narrow down which one is bad. If this doesn't work then the ram is bad or it was labeled wrong. If the new ram works with your slots 2/4 then there may be an issue with the mobo or processor. In any case at this point I would try your known good RAM in slots 1/3 and see if it works. If they do then it is not the motherboard most likely since the memory controller is on the...

If they do then it is not the motherboard most likely since the memory controller is on the processor, but the error is northbridge related so I can not say for sure.

Also is the new 8GB os ram 2x4GB sticks? Just making sure, based on your build and description it is.

Solution
Your mobo sperc says -
4 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 32 GB of system memory
* Due to Windows 32-bit operating system limitation, when more than 4 GB of physical memory is installed, the actual memory size displayed will be less than 4 GB.
Dual channel memory architecture
Support for DDR3 2800(OC)/1600/1333/1066 MHz memory modules
Support for non-ECC memory modules
Support for Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) memory modules
(Please refer "Memory Support List" for more information.)

Exactly what ram in total are you trying to install? A kit? Is it on the Memory Support List?

I didn't see the RAM on the supported list, but that doesn't mean that it will not work in the system. It just means they can not promise it will work because they did not test it. If that is the same memory that you have in there then it should work no problem. Since the new memory works in slots 2 and 4 you know they are fine. I would clear your CMOS settings by pulling the CMOS battery and then have all four sticks of RAM in the system on the first POST after cmos has been cleared.
