Question Error Code 43

Well i build my pc 3 weeks ago it worked fine UNTIL i suddenly Auto. Exit the game and my resulution have been Set and Stuck AT 800x600 and have the error Code 43 on my gpu (in device maneger), i Re-installed Windows, Update the gpu driver and re-rolle old one and Updated the BIOS, i tryed diffrent pci slot cleared coms battery but still have the Problem
My component
Cpu: ryzen 3 3100
Mb:msi x570-a pro
Gpu:rtx 2060
Psu:aero cool lux 650w
Ram :hyperx 16gb 3200mhz
M.2 500gb nvme
I was only able to change the resulution after all of This but got another Problem, my screen have now withe dots All over the screen and allthought i have changed my resulution to 1080p again but still have the 800x600 resulution (i have big screen but cant See cuz it is Not clear)
I Well be greatfull if any one could help

look like issue with the gpu or the psu. my guess would be the gpu. return or rma it

How can i make Sure that the Problem isn't from the psu
Becuz the gpu worked the first 3 weeks Just fine
And i can feel Just some (a little bit) of heat coming out of the 8pin conector on the gpu.
