My PC is completely stuck offline. The Ethernet port and wireless adapter both have the error code 56. I've tried doing a restore point (since i didn't have any i couldn't do it because it requires an online connection), I've tried downloading other windows updates by transferring them via USB drive, didn't work, and I cant go back another update because, again, I don't have an active internet connection. I'm on Windows 10 version 1909 and I don't have any VPN. Any help would be appreciated, I'd like to get up and running again.
