I'm using Windows 10 64-bit and when trying to upgrade my Prime subscription to Malwarebytes I get it access violation in the module'suhlpr.dll'

I'm using Windows 10 64-bit Malwarebytes premium subscription keep getting a pop up saying upgrade available go through the motions and then very last thing it says it's access violation in the modules 'suhlprdll'
