Question "Error converting one or more entries:" When entering ports

Hey, for the past couple of days I'm trying to open a csgo server, its good and all until I'm trying to enter csgo's port forward.
There is the list of the ports and the highlighted ones give me the error- "Error converting one or more entries:"

• TCP: 27015-27030,27036-27037.
• UDP: 4380,27000-27031,27036.

I tried to contact my internet provider but they said that they can't put it in either.
My router is Hotbox.


Oh, and my internet provider said that is maybe the problem in the port itself, so can someone pls port forward the ones that are not working for me so I can see if the problem is in the ports?

You may only be able to have a single rule for a port. For example 27036. You may need to create the rule for TCP/UDP rather than two separate rules.

What sould i do with these two? TCP: 27015-27030,27036-27037.
Just change it to TCP/UDP?
