Question Error encountered 0x80070017

iam getting this error more than a week ago and when i press retry i get the same error again 0x80070017

any help would be appreciated

Did you not read what I linked? That tells you what to do. If that doesn't work then it's wipe and reinstall from fresh media.

you might want to check the drive for issues
maybe run crystaldiskinfo.exe to read the drive smart data.

I would also make sure there is plenty of free space on the drive for windows to down load the update.

I would check the sata data cables for good connections. Maybe try a different sata port.

there can be other causes but it depends on the machine and its age / history
