"Error finding your systems active partition"

I'm trying to activate my windows 7 home premium and i have tried many torrents and all i get is "error finding your systems active partitions".

Please help this is my first time running into this issue.

I'm not sure I understand the problem that you are having? Activating a legitimate copy of windows would not require you to use a "torrent"...

I recently built a new computer, installed windows from the disks i have but i can't activate it without buying windows again.

You won't get any sympathy here. Microsoft's licensing is quite clear. An OEM copy can be activated on one, and only one computer. You may not transfer that license to another computer. Microsoft considers that the motherboard comprises the computer. The only exception to the rule is when a motherboard fails and an identical make/model is no longer available.
