Error msg: 800702E4, attempting install of Office 2003 in Windows 7

Hello,
I bought a new computer with Windows 7 and attempted to install Office 2003, including the product key. I keep getting the same error message: The requested operation requires elevation; Code: 800702E4. Can anyone help?

UAC is turned on. Right click on the Setup.exe for Office and select Run As Administrator.

I have the same problem and selecting "Run as Administrator" doesn't seem to work. Did you get an answer to this problem?
