error on dvd drive

on my computer displayed this message : " the drive door may be open "

how can displayed this message ?

Reseat the drive in the case, make sure the door is closing properly and try with several disks. If none work and the rest looks OK, replace the drive. You can try a different cable for it if its a tower system before replacing it.
