What do you mean when you want to know what the whole error was...Tell me what you want to know...that’s just the message it said on the error what else is there to say about it?

Excuse me? I thought I was trying to help? I just wanted to know if that was the whole error or not, because after a few minutes of searching, I couldn't find much to go with that. That's why. But by the looks of it, maybe you're too ticked to receive any help. Next time, post back in here, not with an email. Everyone should see the posts, unless it's personal, since all of us can try to help.
I don't know if it's because of this problem, but I guess I can let this one slide. But if someone starts sounding cocky, I'm not going to want to help.
Anyways, with one search in Google, this is what came up:
Cannot Start Windows NT 4.0 After Installing Previous Version
The spelling of the first error you said should be Kernel with two e's...kernel (FYI).
Were you trying to upgrade a system or was that a clean install, where you format the partition you're installing to? Also, I'm wondering if that sound card is supported, because I think that's a pretty old model, right? Yup, it is...it's an ISA card, even. (Link to Windows 2000 driver page - I think) I would try removing that sound card, then starting a clean install again. Hopefully you can get by with the other components.
