Error on RAM update.

Hello,

I did a RAM upgrade. Tech guys at New Egg suggested this RAM.

But unfortunately, when I put it on. I got some errors. System would boot but the OS will not start. The photo of the error I am getting is here: http://postimg.org/image/87uw1wvzp/

Can somebody please tell me what is going wrong here? Only thing that is different is that my system has native 1333MHz RAM, while New Egg guys said it was okay to put 1600MHz. I can't figure out anything else.

What is the error? What does it mean?

BTW, I put the old RAM back on and its working fine.

what is your computer/motherboard?
some OEMs will use 1333 ram in a system running 1066. the ram will downclock.

the system uses DDR3 1066 ram. PC3-8500.
the ram should downclock but just the ram dell uses. dell is the OEM I was speaking of.
the ram they use is 1333 and will hapilly run at the lower speed in their systems, but the motherboard does not like doing this with third party RAM. I think if you get DDR3 1066 the problem will resolve itself.

the laptop is trying to use the 1600 as 1066, and all the timing is off. I don't think it can handle 6-6-6-19

@R_1 @RGD1101 Thank you very much guys. Will return the ram as you suggest. Can you also please suggest me which ram to buy. These parameters are so many its confusing. It will help if you guys can give me a link to buy. Not lazy, just very confused.
