so I get this Error setting traits on Provider {8444a4fb-d8d3-4f38-84f8-89960a1ef12f}. Error: 0xC0000001 when I check event viewer and my USB ports turn off and on and this happens at random. (happens within a hour or like over 100 hours)

I tried updating windows , graphic card driver and even replace a old mouse with a new one since I heard it can cause issues and the issue is still present.
I also tried SFC and DISM which shows no sign of a error and my BIO is fully upated.

My computer specs:

Operating System
Windows 10 64-bit pro
CPU
Intel Core i9 10900K
RAM
64.0GB G.Skill RipJaws
Motherboard
MSI Z490-A PRO
Graphics
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 (EVGA)
Storage
Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 2TB
ASUS BW-12B1ST a SCSI CdRom Device
Audio
Sound BlasterX AE-5 Plus

Error setting traits on Provider {8444a4fb-d8d3-4f38-84f8-89960a1ef12f}. Error: 0xC0000001 is from event viewer and no , I don't have that game from Steam or have played it.

Thank you for getting back to me <3

Any related entries in Reliability History/Monitor?

Check Task Scheduler for any rules that trigger USB related actions.

Look in Device Manager for any USB related warnings.
Only task are Nvidia related for disabling nvidia audio and disable windows auto update which I do the updates myself.

Device Manager has zero USB warning

Does not seem to be narrowing down.

FYI:

I am starting to wonder about the PSU.

Make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, used, refurbished).

How many connected USB devices? Make, model, etc..,.?

= == =

Power down, unplug, open the case.

Clean out dust and debris.

Verify by sight and feel that all connections, cards RAM, jumpers, and front panel connectors are fully and firmly in place.

Use a bright flashlight to inspect everywhere for any signs of damage.

Objective being to eliminate possible causes.

Also be sure to backup all important data to locations away from problem system. Verify that the backups are recoverable and readable.
