Error trying to install games - the file 7z.dll was not found!

Hi!
I've seen a few people with this issue around but yet to find a fix, getting the error : Internalerror:extracttemporyfile: the file 7z.dll was not found! I've tried reinstalling 7zip, pasting the 7z.dll to various places etc but no fix found! Any advice? anyone else had this?

Its just a particular one, this happens when trying to start the setup.exe!
