It maybe due to your date and time being wrong... Certain games consider it a violation of the rules

If this only happens with one game, then the game has a bug. You could try doing something different in the game in case you're hitting a very specific condition.

Otherwise based on the files the pop-up is spitting out, you could try:

• Open command prompt as an Administrator and issue sfc /scannow to make sure the DiretX12 runtime files are fine
• Reinstall the Microsoft Visual Studio C++ 2015 Runtime. This should be version 14.0
