errors and crashes on multiple games GTA V Mass effect 2 etc

As title says i repeatedly get errors on GTA V and just a minute ago on mass effect 2. I downloaded GTA V 2 days ago and it played fine for 30 or so minutes then it says GTAV.exe has stopped working then crashed. Event Viewer says {

.Ive troubleshooted the problem for a long time including verifying game files and redownloading 10gb of files and now just a couple hours ago I verified it again after another crash and its downloading 40gb. While waiting for the game to downloaded i loaded up mass effect 2. after getting hung on the main menu for a second and pressing resume the game stopped working with a similar error

I also remember Overwatch crashing randomly aswell, but its been fine for me recently. Same thing with wow, i can play wow all day without a problem. ive updated radeon drivers with my version being 17.2.1
I ran malwarebytes, ccleaner, messed with directx settings on GTA V but now iam stumped
I am now thinking it may be a ram problem but with no proof or solution to it. MY SPECS:
GPU AMD r9 290
CPU AMD fx 8350
RAM 32 GB DRAM frequency 800 MHz 10-10-10-27
MOBO asrock extreme9 990fx
SSD 256 GB samsung 750 evo
HDD 1tb WD blue

Just to point out i have a h100i and a sapphire r9 290 and never had any temperature issues with either.

Roger that. ill try that now.
the first method got to 52% and said windows resource protection stopped it.

Then on method two the takeown /f MSVCR80.dll returned a ERROR: The system cannot find the file specified.

Then after entering the second command a window open saying the module has failed to load.

Another strange thing, just ran ccleaner on the registry it found 42 things, backed up the registry then fixed all. then not 15 seconds after i got a blue screen, Kernel Security Check Failure. Then rebooted to ANOTHER blue screen this time 10i initialization failed. *edit fixed syntax*

I wouldnt use the registry cleaner. It can screw things up

I would uninstall then reinstall the visual c+++ installs. One of these maybe corrupt

whats the easiest way to reinstall them? I am just uninstalling from the program and files menu.

You'll have to redownload the install files and reinstall them

No, its not compatible with Intel based systems, if you're using an Intel CPU

Okay i downloaded all of the files and installed them. Since my gta is downloading with 40 gb remaining I cant test it out. Thanks for the help, in the meantime, anything else you can think of that could be causing problems?

That maybe the main cause that file crashing. Most of those games may use it
