And even if you decide to buy it anyway, you're not getting anything better than what's commercially available. At best, it's going to be the same as if you bought the commercially available part anyway. At worst, you'll run into weirdness because the CPU wasn't meant to be used in a production environment.

Motherboards may refuse to boot with them.

They often have reduced clock speeds, and sometimes limited PCIe lanes. Some were built only for iGPU testing for example and won't enable the x16 slot.

14100F is the same price as the 12100F right now, definitely worth it.
