Hello all
My hdd enclosure had both USB 3.0 and esata 3. When its connected using esata the enclosure always stays on.
When its connected via USB 3 it powers down regulary when i dont want it to. Ii changed the power options on usb to remain on and connected it to xbox one, and a network router but still it powers down when i need it running 24hrs.
do you know why this is happening? does usb 3.0 support always on? any advice would be helpful
thanks
