i was wondering if i could run this game escape from tarkov my specs are ryzen 1300x 3.5ghz 1050ti and two sticks of 4gb of ddr4 ram 2666mhz

Should be an issue at all, you're roughly at the "recommended" requirements, probably a fair margin over with the 1050TI.
