When I print I try to print anything on my printer I get these black lines all the way down the page and in between the lines I can see some color and writing that has been covered up with these lines. Have any one encountered this problem before and if so how can I fix it. I followed the help file for cleaning the head and I get the same results.

Have you tried running a printer check? Is everything okay there?

Thanks Arrow for responding. I tried replacing the black ink cartridge and it is working okay. Must have been a leaky ink cartridge. Thanks again!
