Etekcity H7PX+ headphones: seems too good to be true

I was looking for headphones around $50 and I found the H7PX+ for 40 USD(50 USD original price) with 4.6/5 stars on Amazon based off 50 reviews. For headphones that are on the lower price range, the high star rating seems skeptical in my opinion. I only found a few review videos and a blog article other than the Amazon reviews. Anyone know more about this product or brand?

This is another Chinese Rebrand/Rebadge.

SENTEY/Etekcity are the same which is why you only find reviews on Amazon.

Sound quality is usually pretty decent for the price but generally they don't last as long. My beef are flimsy cables that tend to break after about a year.
