Etherner card, code 12, running out of options

Hey, so I have a clean Win 7 HP install.

The motherboard is Gigabyte G31M-E2SL.

The Realtek ethernet card shows code 12 error (resource conflict).

What have I tried so far:
Using Windows drivers, deleting them, using manufacturer drivers.
Using chipset INF driver from manufacturer.
Switching the onboard H/W lan on/off in bios.
Updating bios to the latest version.
Checking IRQ, the realtek works on number 10, no other device uses that.
Can't see it on conflict list.

Are there any other peripherals in the BIOS you can try and disable? Serial, LPT, ???

Disabled all i could in bios, still nothing.
