Basically my Ethernet just disconnects while i'm playing D4 or Destiny2, doesn't happen while browsing or watching Youtube.
Sometimes it is able to pick itself back up and reconnect , but that doesn't solve my problem since these are liver service games that require constant connection.
My mobo is a B550 Aorus Elite (v1) , which comes with the Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller.
After some searching i've bought a TP-Link TG-3468 Network Adapter , only for it to have the same exact problems.

Event Viewer shows various warnings and errors such.

Things I've tried:
-Reset router.
-Used windows diagnose tool to fix the issues.
-Clean install of Windows, BIOS, chipset.
-Tryed old and latest version of Realtek drivers, for both network adapters.
-Fiddled with a lot of power saving settings for both network adapters. Disabling most of them.
-Created a firewall exception for IPv6, unsuccesfully, proceeded to completely disable it , with the same result.
-Swapped DNS to google's and cloudflare's.
-flushed DNS command.
-Disabled TCP/IP Offload.
-Bought a CAT6 ethernet cable and swapped the old 5e cable. Also swapped cables between router ports.

-ipconfig/all showed this

Just help me out guys, i'm so tired of this ...
I need to know if this is a network issue , or should i just go out and start looking for a new mobo.

If you mean both the network adapters power managment settings like Green Ethernet and such , yes.
Ended up switching off most of the power saving settings.

Let's check again, does your Ethernet card's Power Management look like this (first option unchecked)?

Yes , it does.

Disabled also Advanced EEE; Auto Disable Giagbit; Energy Efficient Ethernet; Green Ethernet; interrupt moderation; jumbo frame; wake on magic packet; wake on magic packet when system; wake on pattern match.

Some of those were disabled since the beginning, i just made a list of what shows as disabled in the advanced configure menu.

BTW - your DHCP lease is rather short - only 90min.
Increase it to like 8h.
mind telling me how do I do that ?

if you'd want to give me a brief explanation of what i'm doing would be great , most of what i've been doing is following other threads of people that have similar or the same error codes or symthoms as I have , so I'm trying to learn as much as I can along the way.

Update:
Bought a Wifi usb to test ...
turns out it also disconnects after 20 or so min of playing ...

what does this mean ? is my motherboard faulty ? if so , why does it work for 20 min and then disconnects , and why only playing games ?

With all games or just a specific game?

Pretty much all games that require a live connection , the ones i've tried are Rocket league , destiny 2 and diablo 4 .
Also , yesterday it happened while watching YT videos , although D4 was open on second monitor but idle in the menus.

Hi. Did you solve the problem? I have the same issue.
Hey mate ...

I found a solution that works for me ...
Basically ended up buying an ethernet USB adapter and been using it since with no problems. My connection is bottlenecked by it , but i no longer have connection issues.

Ended up not figuring the source of the problem though.

Hope you can solve your problem, if you find the cause , let us know.
Cheers
