Ethernet cable failing? (Takes a while to connect)

So when I start up my pc everything works fine, except the ethernet has the yellow triangle next to it and takes about 1-3 minutes to actually connect, but like I said everything else works fine.

I really hope that it's the ethernet cable and not the motherboard. Is there any way that I could check?
