Ethernet cable is connected to IPv6 but not IPv4. Wifi is connected to both.

Anyone ever experience this before? I'd really like to use my Ethernet cable but it can only access IPv6 sites. It was working yesterday but just stopped.

your cable modem, router or windows is not configured right. considering you say you have proper connection over wifi I bet the first two are ok and you have something not set up right on your computer. so assuming that which version of windows are you running and what brand is the Ethernet cable

I'm running Windows 8 but I'm not sure what brand of Ethernet I'm using.
