Ethernet cable makes my computer turn on

I've tested this now several times when my ethernet cable is plugged in in my computer after i've shut the computer down, it wakes up 20-30 seconds later, if i remove the ethernet cablethe computer stays off.

This is really not a really big annoyance but if it can be fixed please suggest any options

I't was disabled originally, do you want me to turn it on? Wake on LAN was also disabled

No, you want it disabled. the other one is windows network adapter settings.
