I just built a new PC and the Ethernet connection is not working. I am using a power line adapter which worked perfectly on my old craptop.

When I ran diagnostics I was told that drivers had not been installed however I do not remember ever having/needing drivers for my power line adapter.

As far as I'm concerned, its not an issue with the router as the hub has not been flashing.

I am using https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0084Y9N3O/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1 for my power line adapter.

Any help is great, thanks!

You obviously have internet right now, so are you on another PC or laptop? Do you have a flash drive?
Download the ethernet drivers on another computer, transfer them to a flashdrive and then install them on your new PC.

If you built a custom PC, there should be a disk that came with the motherboard that would have ethernet drivers. Otherwise, go to the motherboard manufacturers website and download them from there. Should be good to go once you get them installed.

You sir, are a God. Thanks, unfortunately I don't have a disk drive so I have to buy one.
