I am a CSS player. But I've noticed that every 10-20 Minutes I get the error mesage:
WARNING: Connection Problem Auto-Disconnect in 20 Seconds.
I thought of directly connecting my Ethernet cable into my laptop, but when I plug it in it shows me this message:
Unidentifyed Network
Indentifying...
Limited Connection
But it doesn't connect.Help pls 🙁

Is your wireless nic hot by chance when your using it for short or long durations ?
If its pretty hot and keeps going out, it maybe time to look into a new one.
To be sure test the wireless nic elsewhere to verify if you're getting the same thing.

For the record what os do you own currently and what wireless nic card or embedded wireless device do you have ?

The Router is just a tiny bit warm.It's a TP-LINK TL-WR740N.
I use my laptop less than 3 feet away from the Router.I use Windows 8.1

I am trying to connect my Internet cable directly to my laptop (You know the gray cable Cat5 I think).

Modem to Laptop. The modem isn't in my house.Probably at the ISP.My internet cable goes directly into my house and router.

So after a brief Googling. The Modem is the thing that takes the Internet and redirects it to the router which spreads it around.Am I right? I just tried to plug my internet cable staright into my laptop.

This is what I am doing: Cable------Laptop

Not: Cable----Router/Modem----Cable---Laptop

Ok, it really sounds like you need to have a professional help you with this, because either you're not understanding, or you're not able to effectively communicate what you're doing.

Cable to laptop - WHAT TYPE of cable is this? Coax? RJ11? Fiber?

Router/Modem - WHAT TYPE of router/modem? Cable modem/router? DSL modem/router?

This is why I initially said to provide details.

Well I think I know what maybe the problem, take the ethernet cable it came with and plug it into the main port on the modem.
Should be blue or grey, next take the ethernet cable you have "cat5" and plug it into the modem.
Put it connection 1/PC, take the other end of the cord and plug it into your laptop.

Make windows is on and check your network activity icon in the taskbar area, lower right handside.
It should show weather you are hooked up or no, view this video first.

If that doesn't still make any sense, follow tman suggestion and call d-lnk first and have them help you.

If your cable is indeed to short or stopped working, get to a computer shop or store "bestbuy" and pick up a new one.

Cable: RJ11 Cable

This is the router I have: http://www.tp-link.us/products/details/cat-9_TL-WR740N.html
If you were asking if I have something like this: http://www.tp-link.us/products/details/cat-15_TD-8616.html
Then no I don't have that.

I don't HAVE a MODEM.The inthenet cable goes directly into my house and into my router.

In some ways you are, however this is what a router does and this what a modem does.
http://pc.net/helpcenter/answers/difference_between_router_and_modem
My concern with your issue is did your home or isp service give you a dsl or cable modem ?
IIf you are having problems getting the internet back up, call your isp technical support number.
Also they will have you call dlink so they can let them finish up troubleshooting;

If you want to I suggest you take a picture of your current internet setup front and back,
Atleast that way tman and I or someone else can get a better idea of what you've got and help fix the issue quickly.

I understand the diffrence between them.I just think that
1- My ISP never intended for people to use modem
2- I have a modem build into my router
