I need help finding the ethernet controller driver for windows vista 32 bit anyone have a link or any help

You need to tell us the make/model of your ethernet controller. You should at the very least list the make/model of your motherboard.

If this is a retail PC, like Dell or something, then go to the manufactuer's web site and download the driver from there.
