My old HDD broke down and I bought a new one. After installing Win7 on it I found out that there are no ethernet controller drivers.
I've tried different realtek and other drivers but still nothing.

My moba is Asus M2N-MX SE. I searched drivers by moba name and by ethernet controller hardware ID that i found in device manager.
I have a custom built desktop.

No the ASUS website doesn't have a specific LAN driver ... but that's because, I believe, that the LAN adapter is built-in to the mobo and uses an nVidia chipset mounted on the mobo.
Although nVidia is probably better known for its graphic processors (GeForce), you'll notice that the features listed for your mobo on the ASUS site include "NVIDIA GeForce6100 /nForce430 Chipset." The GeForce 6100 is the video adapter that is built-in to your mobo; the nForce 430 is the LAN adapter.Get it from here: http://www.chipdrivers.com/chipset/network-adapter/real...

Install and let me know.
