Hi people can you help me i just reinstalled windows 7 64 bit and my internet is not working it is the ethernet controller with an exclamation mark next to it,i have a gigabyte P43-ES3G

Solution
right... can you get usb wifi adapter from someone/somewhere, or simply buy it for $15 so you can use it whenever you have nic issues like this. It's nice to have such thing around, you'll only have to install it's driver that comes on the CD drive when you buy wifi usb
It sounds very much like a driver issue.

Press the windows key + r on the keyboard and type devmgmt.msc press enter.

Is it on this screen your ethernet controller has the yellow exclamation mark? If so you need to download and install the driver for your NIC. You can do that using the link proofy provided above.

So basically your pc can't read your NIC, maybe it's dead. Use hwinfo --netcard to see if your computer actually detects the card, or speccy software, also you can look at device manager. If it detects the card, try plugging some other Ethernet cable just to see if it works so we can detect the issue

http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2960#dl

same page, pick Windows 7 x64 under "Choose your OS:"

1.) Uninstall Ethernet driver and restart computer
2.) Install Chipset driver and restart computer
3.) Install Ethernet driver and restart computer

If that doesn't work then install driver booster: http://www.iobit.com/en/driver-booster.php
Which I don't usually recommend, and install LAN and other drivers from there. It's not harmful just that I like to recommend official motherboard company page for drivers instead of 3rd party softwares but driver booster isn't so bad when some driver that you downloaded from mobo official pages isn't working or has issues

Install all other drivers that driver booster gives you to install, reboot pc, see if that helps. If not you can do a windows clean install again then but make sure to install chipset driver before any other driver FIRST then install lan driver and others. If it still doesn't work after clean installation then your NIC card died you have to buy new one and they are quite cheap so :)
