So i was doing some overclocking and tried to get my ram to 3400, didnt work and had to clear my bios. After that was done, i went back into windows and noticed no internet. opened up network options, nothing detected at all, but when i plug in my wifi adapter it works fine. What are some things i should try doing? Reinstalling realtek ethernet says No Ethernet Controller Found so that doesnt work. I tried plugging in a different ethernet cable that was in a different computer that worked but it didnt work on my computer. Any suggestions? Motherboard is gigabyte b450 aorus m.

Do you have the User Manual for the motherboard?

I found the following link to the manual:

https://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_b450-aorus-m_1001_e.pdf

Verify that I found the applicable User Manual.

When you cleared BIOS you likely undid some network related setting.

Work through all of the settings starting in Section 2-4, physically numbered Page 27.

More specifically, network related settings are listed on physically numbered Pages 29-30.
