Ethernet not working

The ethernet port on my computer has stopped working. Earlier today, it functioned perfectly, then the computer crashed and is suddenly not reading any network connection. I've tried resetting my router, unplugging and re-plugging the ethernet cord, I've plugged the cord into a laptop and the laptop had internet, and I've reinstalled the ethernet drivers on my pc. Additionally, the ethernet port on my pc lights up when the cord is plugged in, and the device manager tells that the Ethernet device is working fine, but I still have no internet access. Thoughts?

It says no internet connection
