I was just playing some games last night and and I hop on this morning, but the ethernet on my computer isn’t working. Though the wifi works on other devices.

A bad cable is always the first place to start. If there are any in-wall cables, that is also a prime problem area.
Do you have a single cable from your PC to the router? Any other network hardware ?

First thing to do is to swap it to a brand new one.
Second thing, what motherboard model do you have? Many of the new motherboards have 2.5Gb ethernet and there have been lots of driver problems.
Third thing, open a cmd.exe window and run ipconfig.exe /all -- post the results.

You have 2 different ethernet ports on your machine so one will always be down.

If you keep having issues I would turn off the IPv6 in the network settings. IPV6 seems to cause issues for some people.

You bring up the properties for the ethernet adapter and uncheck IPv6. This article gives an example -- https://answers.uillinois.edu/uis/page.php?id=99981
It is disabling on a WIFI adapter, but the process is the same for an ethernet adapter.
